Tiger Woods in last group with Marcus Fraser for CIMB Classic first round

Tiger Woods is in the last pairing at 11.40am for the first round of the CIMB Classic this Thursday. He is paired with Australia’s Marcus Fraser, currently No. 2 on the Asian Tour Order of Merit.

Play starts at 7.50am with Malaysia’s Danny Chia teeing-off at 9am with Jeff Overton. The other Malaysian in the field, Shaaban Hussin, is next off at 9.10am with Tom Gillis.

The CIMB Classic offers a total purse of US$6.1 million with US$1.3 million going to the winner. The 48-player field consists of the top 30 available players from the PGA Tour’s FedExCup rankings, the top 10 players from the Asian Tour Order of Merit and eight sponsor’s invitations.
