TPC Kuala Lumpur’s popular Selera Muhibbah dinner buffet returns this May 19 and runs through most of the fasting month of Ramadan until June 12.
In keeping with the Ramadan spirit of giving and sharing, this year’s buffet will have a charitable element where RM1 from each buffet voucher sold will be donated to homes for the underprivileged. The club aims to raise at least RM10,000 through the exercise.
The Muhibbah al-fresco buffet dinner is located around TPCKL’s Olympic-sized swimming pool with a total of 22 stalls. Chefs Abu Zaren Bakri, Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman and Azmin Mohamed Burhan will be presenting traditional Malay favourites such as Gulai Ikan Patin Tempoyak, Rendang Hati Lembu, Daging Masak Merah, Kambing Panggang and Lidah Bakar, along with Malaysian staples like Asam Laksa, Fried Carrot Cake and Popiah plus a new offering in Asam Pedas Lok-Lok.
Desserts include Apam Balik, Bubur Manis, Pisang Goreng, Kuih Melayu, Egg Custard and French Pastries.
The early bird Selera Muhibbah vouchers are priced at RM95 nett per adult (until May 18 or while stocks last), while the normal price is RM110 nett per adult. The price for children aged between 6 and 12 is RM47.50, while those below 6 dine for free.
