Titoni’s Heritage Series is dedicated to the brand’s long history in watchmaking. With the re-launch of vintage watches, the Swiss watch company honours legendary models with some special features and unique design elements.
Reflecting the post-war trend of simplicity, the case of the Heritage 83019 is uniquely streamlined with both hands and numerals coated with SuperLuminova to enable legibility in the dark.
The heavily domed crystal glass and the curved dial and hands underline the retro look, with the typography of the numerals similarly reflecting the trend of the early 1950s.
The red second hand, based on a legendary Felca model from 1948, is the icing on the cake. An elegant, swooping car decorates the watch’s caseback, symbolising not only the design elements of the past but also the euphoric mood after WWII.
