TPC Kuala Lumpur (TPCKL) has bolstered its F&B team with the addition of two experienced culinary experts.
Cheong Chee Seng joins the club as executive chef, bringing with him over 34 years’ experience in managing kitchen operations. Hailing from Penang, he is well-versed in the culinary arts, thanks to his diverse background working at various restaurants and international hotels.
Before joining TPC Kuala Lumpur, Cheong served as executive chef at The Times Restaurant and Bar in Sri Petaling as well as the Palace of the Golden Horses hotel.
Joel Fong meanwhile fills the mixologist position and is set to bring a new and exciting vibe to the Golfer’s Terrace Bar. The Johor native’s colourful career began with an interest in wine-making, eventually evolving into bartending which included a stint at the famed Origin Bar in Shangri-La Singapore.
The Golfer’s Terrace Bar opens daily from 6.30am to 11.00pm and opens up to picturesque views of the award-winning West Course. Parking at TPCKL’s multi-level carpark is free with complimentary buggy shuttle service to the clubhouse.
October Specials at the Golfer’s Terrace are Grilled Lemon Honey Spring Chicken (RM35.90++), Chinese Style Beef with BBQ sauce (RM31.20++) and Coconut Lemonade (RM12.00++), available daily from 11am to 8pm.
