Leonian (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, the South East Asia (SEA) distributor for Fourteen Golf introduced the latest TB-M irons for retail as well as for the specialised custom fitting market.
The TB-M irons are built for astonishing high trajectory, forgiveness, and comfortable feel. Rather than adhering to the one-piece cavity structure, the TB-M material and structure have been fundamentally reviewed in pursuit of high performance. In the TB-M, a pocket cavity structure with excellent repulsion and theater blades have been fused together. The newly developed theater blade pocket cavity structure combines sharpness and tolerance, and a lightweight and highly rigid “thermoplastic resin badge” is attached to the back of the head to optimise its weight distribution.
The high-strength thin face is welded to the soft iron body to expand the high repulsion area, making it more tolerant of off-centre hits. The ball’s initial velocity performance gives the trajectory more buoyancy, achieving a high trajectory that can be stopped on the green. In addition, in order to acquire good hitting feel, the inside of the pocket is filled with vibration-absorbing elastomer to achieve comfortable hitting. The TB-M also adopts a K-shaped sole that is cut on both the leading-edge side and trailing side, allowing it to achieve forgiveness on missed shots and comfortable stance at address.
The Fourteen TB-M irons (#5-P) fitted with NSPRO Neo 950 shaft retails at RM13,999 and is now available at selected Transview Golf outlets. The custom fitting irons are available at selected custom fitters.
