Golf-centred business networking platform Biz On Course succeeded in raising more than RM70,000 for St. John Ambulans Malaysia through a fund-raising game at Templer Park Country Club on September 20.

A full field of 34 flights comprising Biz On Course members and their guests took to the fairways of the scenic and well-manicured Templer Park layout, enjoying a great game in pleasant conditions along with much fun and fellowship. The event culminated in a prizegiving dinner, where the banter and laughter continued till well into the night.

“I would like to thank all the generous participants consisting of Biz On Course members and their friends, whose wonderful support enabled us to achieve a full field of 34 flights. We would also like to thank the many generous sponsors and our amazing Biz On Course fund raising committee, who spent weeks planning and organising this event to ensure that it went smoothly,” said Biz On Course founder Dahniel Poon.

Established in 2017, Biz On Course is the one of the leading membership-based B2B networks in the region, where regular golf games are preceded by networking sessions. More than 500 projects and businesses transactions have been conducted among its 1,000-plus member companies over the years.

St. John Ambulans Malaysia is the leading non-governmental-organisation (NGO) in the country that provides ambulance service, first aid training, event health services and other community services. It operates the largest privately-owned ambulance fleet in the country and is the first uniformed NGO in Malaysia to be ISO 9001:2015 certified.
