TaylorMade Golf recently unveiled its Qi4D lineup for the Southeast Asian market. The launch took place at an exclusive event in Jakarta, held in partnership with MST Golf. The landmark occasion brought together more than 120 guests, including dealers, distributors, media representatives, and TaylorMade ambassadors from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. This event marks a significant milestone for the brand, as it is the first time TaylorMade has opened participation to members of the public, extending an experience that has traditionally been reserved exclusively for industry peers and retail partners.
The Qi4D lineup marks a significant evolution in TaylorMade’s product portfolio, featuring advanced engineering that delivers unmatched distance, forgiveness, and adjustability. The new range of which includes drivers, fairways, and rescues in the Qi4D, Qi4D LS, Qi4D Max, and Qi4D Max Lite models—incorporates TaylorMade’s signature innovations, ensuring golfers experience precision and consistency like never before.
Engineered for speed, the Qi4D drivers feature a lightweight carbon face that reduces mass to promote faster swing speeds. A refined roll radius produces more consistent spin across the face, supporting reliable ball flight on both solid strikes and mis-hits. TaylorMade’s enhanced Speed Pocket™ preserves ball speed on low-face impacts, while the 60X Carbon Twist Face™ provides corrective curvature to tighten dispersion. Together, these technologies deliver a modern, high-performance driver built for today’s golfers.

“Asia continues to represent one of the most dynamic growth engines for the global golf industry. As the fastest growing golf equipment market, Asia Pacific now accounts for approximately one quarter of global market revenue, supported by rising participation, a growing middle class, and sustained investment in golf infrastructure across key markets including China, Japan, South Korea, India and Southeast Asia. With over 100 million golfers worldwide and strong momentum across both traditional and technology enabled formats, Asia is well positioned to play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of golf’s global growth, ” said Mr. Ken Yeo during the launching ceremony.

The two-day event in Jakarta featured a technical introduction of the Qi4D lineup by Mr Simon Sim, in person product trials for participants to gain a first-hand experience of the products, a gala dinner for invitees. Participants were also treated to a round of golf where they got to experience the newly launched products in an on course environment at the immaculate The Manor Golf & Estate in Kota Tangerang. The innovative new lineup gained rave reviews amongst participants for its innovative features and enhanced performance.
