Tour Alpha features FJ’s most advanced stability system called the OPS System.
OPS System (Optimised Performance Stabiliser System)
- A-Frame: This moulded rear-foot stabiliser provides support and motion control through the back swing.
- Lateral Midfoot Stability Insert: The A-Frame works with the Lateral Midfoot Stability Insert to reduce any in-shoe foot movement during transition, preventing any excessive rollover after impact.
- Dual-Durometer FTF Foam: Comfy foam in the heel of the shoe that delivers unparalleled support that simply doesn’t fatigue.
Tour Alpha allows golfers to swing away with even more added stability, with the cleats bumped out to provide maximum surface area coverage, plus 159 different points of traction. This innovative combination of added stability allows golfers to keep a strong connection to the ground.
For added comfort, Tour Alpha uses an OrthoLite Impressions FitBed that provides immediate step-in comfort that moulds for a custom fit over time. Tour Alpha golf shoes are fully-waterproof, using a Chromoskin leather by Pittards of England, providing a super soft, supple feel. The shoes are equipped with Pulsar LP cleats by Softspikes low profile spikes that deliver stability and support. The shoe come with full rounded toe character, standard fit across forefoot and instep, with a slightly narrow heel. Extra depth last to accommodate thicker FitBed for enhanced cushioning.
Tour Alpha is available in Laced, BOA and Dual BOA, featuring WRAPID, Powered by the BOA Fit System. WRAPID allow golfers to dial into a fast, effortless, precision fit, wrapping the foot in complete security, all while providing powerful support through the swing.
