MST Golf’s market-leading Golfest KL has reached a major milestone with the staging of its 25th edition this week at the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) driving range.
Billed rightfully as the nation’s largest golf festival, Golfest is unique in that it offers equipment demonstrations by all the major brands under one roof. Golfers can check out and try all the latest clubs at each brand’s designated bay, while also taking part in exciting contests and other activities.
The inaugural Golfest KL was organised in 2007 at KLGCC and has returned there every year since, often more than once a year, except in 2021 due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
Golfest expanded beyond the Klang Valley in 2010 with Golfest Johor and has also been staged in Ipoh and Kuantan. Last year also saw an indoor Golfest at MST Golf Arena, The Gardens Mall.
Golfest KL 2023 takes the grand total of Golfest events to an impressive 39 over 15 years.
Undoubtedly integral to the success of Golfest has been the unwavering support of MST Golf’s brand partners, especially the equipment manufacturers.
“Golfest is indeed a demo day like no other as it brings together all the major brands in one location, thus allowing golfers to test all the latest clubs that they’ve been reading about,” said Ng Yap, the Group CEO of MST Golf.

Among the brands participating this week are TaylorMade, Honma, Majesty, PXG, Mizuno, Yamaha, Cobra, ONOFF, Titleist, Ping, Callaway and XXIO.
In addition to trying out the latest equipment, golfers will also be able to test their skills and stand to win great prizes in longest drive contests and putting challenges. There will also be a host of fabulous lucky draws throughout the four-day event, while great deals are will be on offer at the MST Golf Super Store at KLGCC.
Golfest KL takes place February 23-26, from 10am to 9pm.
