The iconic aluminium Rimowa Original range now comes in two new hues directly inspired by far-flung locations around the world, captivating both attention and imagination of today’s modern traveller.
The two new Rimowa Original colours are Marine, inspired by the blue of the Mediterranean, and Scarlet, sampled from the striking and unmistakable plumage of the Scarlet Ibis, a red bird native to tropical South America.
Constructed using the brand’s premium aluminium, the new Rimowa Original uses an innovative combination of anodising processes. Vibrant pigments are inscribed directly into the suitcase’s aluminium skin, lending the design a rich, reflective appearance that celebrates the spirit of the aluminium. Every element of the design – from handle and lock to badge and wheel housing – is expertly matched for a distinctly fresh monochrome look.
