After having created a major upset when she beat major champion Danielle Kang, Malaysia’s Kelly Tan tied her match with Thailand’s Pajaree Anannarukarn in the Bank of Hope LPGA Match Play.

Kelly was two down after fourteen holes, but she bounced back with birdies on the 15 and the 18th and will face 2009 U.S. Women’s Open champion Ji Eun-Hee of South Korea in the final round-robin match. Kelly needs to win this match today to progress to the first knock-out round. Kelly has so far accumulated three points while Ji leads the Group 4 with four points from her two wins.

The player with the most points will advance to the Round of 16, which is the knockout round. If there is a tie, a stroke play, hole-by-hole playoff will determine the group winner
