The Ladies European Tour (LET) will feature a Malaysian presence in a landmark 2026 season that underlines the Tour’s growing global reach. LET membership for the new season has closed ahead of next week’s curtain-raiser at the PIF Saudi Ladies International, with a total of 378 members confirmed, including 340 active players set to compete across 30 events.
Among the players for 2026 is the return of Malaysian representation on the LET, with Ashley Lau and Genevieve Ling included in the membership list. Their presence comes as the Tour records an all-time high of 47 nationalities represented, spanning six continents and marking the most diverse field ever assembled on any professional golf tour. It is also an increase of four nationalities from the 2025 season, reinforcing the LET’s appeal to players worldwide.

The 2026 season, the 48th in LET history, will also welcome 56 rookies from 24 different countries, reflecting sustained interest in the Tour since the post-pandemic resurgence. The LET continues to position itself as a truly international platform for elite women’s golf, offering players from emerging and established golfing nations the opportunity to compete on a global stage.
2025 LET Order of Merit winner Shannon Tan highlighted the significance of the Tour’s diversity, saying: “One of the things I love most about the LET is how international it is. I get to meet players from so many different countries and compete all around the world, which is really special. To be able to represent Singapore, while hopefully inspiring more junior golfers both at home and around the world, is something that means a great deal to me and I’m really grateful for that opportunity.”
