The Malaysian chapter of the MercedesTrophy 2020 will offer the all-new Mercedes-Benz E 200 Sportstyle Avantgarde as a hole-in-one prize.
This year’s Malaysian chapter will see five qualifying rounds nationwide from March to April, culminating in the National Final at Saujana Golf & Country Club on June 23. The first player to score a hole-in-one on any of the two designated par-three holes at each round will win the car, which is worth RM329,888.
This year marks a significant milestone for Mercedes-Benz as the MercedesTrophy tournament will be celebrating its 30th anniversary. The series dates back to 1991 and has now established itself as a worldwide event which takes place in every continent. To-date, over a million Mercedes-Benz customers and fans have teed off in the MercedesTrophy.

The top five finishers in each of three men’s categories (Category A − Handicap 0-12 / Category B − Handicap 13-20 / Category C − Handicap 21-24) in the qualifying rounds will make it to the National Final, where they will be joined by the top five finishers in the special ladies’ category at the fourth leg at The Mines Resort on April 15.
From the National Final, the top two finishers in each of the three men’s categories and the winner of the ladies’ category will qualify for the MercedesTrophy Regional Final Asia in August. One Malaysian will then be selected to be part of the Asian team for the MercedesTrophy World Finals in Stuttgart, Germany this October.
Prizes include Mercedes-Benz merchandise and other items from the MercedesTrophy partners, which include Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia, Crest Link, Epos, The Edge, TaylorMade, The Saujana Hotel, Carlsberg and Kinslager.
