I put a lot of practice into this tournament, and it definitely paid off. The course was in excellent condition, a challenging but fair test of golf, and the event organisation was fantastic.”

Asara expressed her excitement over her first major win, sharing, “I’m thrilled! This is my first World Amateur Golf Ranking event, and winning it means a lot. I’ve come close before, but finally getting this victory feels incredible.” She credited her grandfather in New Delhi as her inspiration and the person who introduced her to golf at age seven. “My grandfather is my motivation,” she added, clutching the trophy proudly.

We look forward to making next year’s edition even bigger and better,” he stated.
