This year, patrons of R5Ve Cafe at Palm Garden Golf Club will be treated to a melting pot of local delicacies during the ‘Citarasa Nusantara – Buffet Buka Puasa 2022’.
The Ramadan buffet features more than 50 food items daily, including “live stalls” comprising Kambing Golek, Ayam Percik, Satay Ayam & Daging, Char Kuay Teow and Char Kway Kak.
Furthermore, diners will be glad to know that there will be two types of “kawah” selection each day. Some of the “kawah” items include Kari Kepala Ikan, Gulai Tulang Rusuk Rebung Manis, Kari Kambing, Kari Ayam Pencen, Gulai Daging Tetel, Sup Terjun, Sup Ekor, Sup Ayam and Sup Kambing.
Open to members of the public, one of the highlights of the buffet are the five main dish selections featuring eight food items that will be rotated every two days.
For dessert fans, there’s a choice of assorted Malay kueh, mini cakes and pastries, two types of sweet bubur and assorted kurma, to name a few.

Muslim golfers who plan to break their fast after golf will be entitled to a discount of 40% per pax for the buffet when they present their golf receipts on the same day. This offer is available to non-Muslim golfers as well.
