Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club
The Sarawak International Junior Championship makes a return after two years at the Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club in Miri from Nov 29-Dec 1. A total of 110 juniors from 10 countries will participate in the three-day which will be played outside Kuching for the first time.
According to Persatuan Golf Negeri Sarawak president Hoan Kee Hock the event will see the participation of top juniors from Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, The Philippines, Chinese Taipei and Malaysia.
After the second round there will be a cut-off and 50 players will proceed to the third and final round.
The tournament is open to all junior amateur golfers from ages 21 and below. There are four categories including Special Group (18-21), Group A (15-17), Group B (13-14) and Group C (12 and below)
