The ParGolf Travel & Lifestyle Expo 2020 will now take place on September 4-6 at the Starling mall – perfect timing to plan a year-end getaway!
The inaugural expo, which will see a host of golf clubs and resorts from across the region along with exhibitors from the travel and lifestyle industries coming together under one roof, was originally planned for March 6-8.
However, organisers Write Track Publishing & Communications (WTPC) decided to re-schedule the event to September in the wake of the recent Covid-19 virus outbreak.
“We are glad to announce that, after discussions with exhibitors and the venue, the Starling, we have fixed the new date for the inaugural ParGolf Travel & Lifestyle Expo. The expo will now be held on September 4-6, 2020, which is perfect timing for golfers and their families to plan their year-end holidays,” said Terrence Loh, managing director of WTPC, owners of leading golf media ParGolf.
The three-day expo will feature great golfing and holiday deals as well as exciting activities and contests, along with lucky draws.
Additionally, non-golfers who are interested in taking up the game can find out more about lessons, equipment and alternatives to club memberships.
“We also plan to invite prominent people from across the golf industry to speak on matters of interest such as college golf in the US, junior development and club-fitting,” noted Loh.
Located in the thriving hub of Damansara Uptown in Petaling Jaya, the Starling features a lushly-landscaped park on the ground floor and a Sky Park on the rooftop, earning it the tagline ‘The Mall in a Park’.
In addition to a host of retail outlets, the mall also has various F&B outlets with alfresco spaces offering great views of the park.
