Tasik Puteri Golf and Country Club (TPGCC) unveiled its much-anticipated culinary offering, “Selera Nostalgia,” this Ramadhan season. The club’s renowned chefs, with backgrounds in prestigious hotel kitchens, are bringing together a vibrant spread of traditional and fusion dishes to celebrate the spirit of Ramadhan, infused with nostalgia and cultural heritage.
This year’s Ramadhan menu is set to be even more memorable than before with the addition of exciting new corners. The Gerai Kudapan Kanak-Kanak and Gerai Aneka Mee Warisan will feature an array of delightful options, carefully crafted to cater to both young and mature tastes. The menu will be thoughtfully rotated each week.
The “Selera Nostalgia” menu will be available from March 3rd to March 28th, 2025, and will run every day from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests can look forward to a selection of unique and flavourful options.
Fusion Soups: Savoury and satisfying soups including Mushroom Soup with Crouton, Sup Ayam Berempah, Minestrone Soup, Tomyam Seafood, Sup Kambing Berempah, and Pumpkin Soup with Croutons.
Pantai Timur Flavours: A rich collection of traditional Ulam-Ulaman Warisan, featuring local favourites such as Ulam Raja, Daun Selon, Daun Pegaga, Kacang Botol, Kacang Panjang, Kobis, Bendi, Timun, Jering, and Petai.
Traditional Gulai Kawah: Making its much-awaited return, this iconic dish will capture the authentic taste of Malaysia’s rich culinary history.
Grilled Lamb (Kambing Bakar): A must-have during Ramadhan, the grilled lamb is marinated with a special homemade rub and served with three tantalizing sauces: Black Pepper, Mushroom, and BBQ.
New Additions: The introduction of Claypot Yee Mee and Cantonese Noodles under the Gerai Aneka Mee Warisan will bring a delightful touch of diversity to the spread, available on alternate days.
Kid-Friendly Delights: Under the Gerai Kudapan Kanak-Kanak, children can enjoy favourites like pasta, tempura nuggets, spring rolls, samosas, Aiskrim Potong, and traditional Malaysian Biscuits.
Selera Nostalgia will be available at a normal rate of RM78 nett per adult and RM35 nett per child. However, guests can take advantage of an exclusive early bird offer, with RM68 nett for adults and RM30 nett for children, available until February 28, 2025.
