The grind is a single sole design that balances tolerance and control on the Nexgen Forged Wedge. There is a wide range of sole grinds in different shapes in the market, but it’s hard for a typical amateur golfer to choose which sole is best for them. The Nexgen Forged Wedge has a sole design at each loft angle (Standard sole – 48, 50 & three-sided sole – 56. The Standard sole (10 bounce angle) is thicker and contacts the ground over a wider area, which increases the success rate of a full swings and produce stable distance on shots. The three-sided sole (11 bounce angle) has a bounce effect that compensates for duffing and mishits while allowing golfers to hit different kinds of shots with ease.
