Golfers of all skill levels will enjoy the beauty of Amverton Cove Golf as they swing through the greens, ponds, lakes and mangrove forests. The mangrove forest lines the edges of six holes and the trail at the rear of hole 4 leads through the tidal forest for 70 metres.

The resort features a tribal-themed Riverine Splash Water Theme Park. Over a dozen rides and slides are available, such as the kid-only Kiddie Beats, Anaconda Tube Slide, Rimba River, Survival Park, and more. The Riverine Splash Water Theme Park is closed every Tuesday and is open from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. Full-day tickets cost RM58 for adults and RM38 for kids.

Riverine Survival Park is another must-visit destination! Built amidst a beautiful cluster of Beringin trees, this garden will provide shade and fresh air around the garden. The Garden Maze, a series of hurdles, and the tree houses constructed around local trees are all fun activities to attempt. Don’t leave without experiencing the brand-new Flying Fox zip line! Children above the age of three and their parents can enjoy these activities. You may also take advantage of our picnic basket special by arranging a day of outdoor fun for the whole family at Riverine Survival Park. Rental of picnic baskets and mats for 3 hours and 4 people’s worth of drinks and snacks is only Rm30nett. Your children can run and play freely in our garden while you can have some adult time in peace!

The Orang Asli Culture and Handicraft Centre at Kampung Sungai Bumbun

Sungai Bumbun Orang Asli Culture and Handicraft Centre is a local centre for Orang Asli arts activities, especially the Mah Meri tribe. The Mah Meri tribe is famous for its wood carving art and Jo’oh dance culture. Among the activities that can be participated by visitors are such as demonstrations of carving and weaving crafts, chopsticks, Jo’oh dance packages, traditional wedding packages, traditional house accommodation as well as sales of handicraft and herbal products. Admission for adults is only RM20, and the handicraft centre is open every day except Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Mah Meri Cultural Village

 Mah Meri Cultural Village is a place built after the aboriginal villages. While in the village, you can feel the atmosphere of the aboriginal community, complete with aboriginal costumes, handicrafts, and dances. Entrance fee is RM 20 for adults and RM 15 for children. The place is open exclusively on Saturdays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. A number of shops in the village provide traditional indigenous fare and wares made by the locals.

Kelanang Beach is a beautiful spot on Carey Island perfect for family outings.
