Malaysian number ones Kelly Tan and Gavin Green resume their campaigns on the LPGA Tour and European Tour respectively this week.
With the LPGA Tour coming off a one-week break, Kelly picks up her campaign with the ShopRite LPGA Classic at Seaview’s Bay Course in New Jersey. Next week, she is set to make her 15th Major appearance in the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club in Pennsylvania.
Foll)owing a five-week break back home, Gavin is en route to the UK for the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open which starts on Thursday at The Renaissance Club. Gavin had a good warm-up by winning on the domestic circuit recently, claiming the PGM MNRB Championship by four shots at Glenmarie Golf & Country Club on Saturday.
Ainil Bakar meanwhile completed her European swing with a disappointing missed cut in last week’s Lavaux Ladies Open, a Ladies European Tour Access Series event in Switzerland, after opening with successive 77s.
